Vision Statement

  This Christian Men’s Bible Study is committed to the purpose of  :

 1.  Evangelizing men with the gospel of Jesus Christ for the purpose of making disciples, and the expansion of God’s

      kingdom.

      Matthew 28:18-20     All authority in heaven and in earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing       

      them  in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely 

      I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

 2.  Teaching the bible as the word of God, and as His truth given to us.

     2 Tim. 3:16    All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in

     righteousness:

 3. Promoting and encouraging their personal study of the Bible

     2 Tim. 2:15    Study to show yourself approved to God, as a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

 4. Challenging men to live by the fruit of the Spirit in godly living.

     Ephes. 5:8-10   For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all

     goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

     Galatians 5:24   And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

     Romans 12:1    I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto 

     God, which is your reasonable service.

  5. Growing and maturing in the faith.

     Romans 13:14    But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

  6. Training men to be equipped to disciple others.

     2 Tim. 2:2    And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to faithful men, who will also be qualified to teach 

     others also.
